What a great opportunity we have coming your way this January: a concert by the world-renowned Cornell Glee Club!  Don’t miss this rare chance to enjoy a piece of Cornell so close to home.Glee Club singing

Here’s what others who have heard the Glee Club sing have said:

“The Cornell University Glee Club has developed a virtuosic choral sound that has far more in common with the King’s Singers than 40 guys with a keg.  Under the direction of Assistant Conductor John Rowehl, this ensemble performed with uniform tonal production, clear diction and laserlike intonation to a warmly receptive Saturday night audience at the Kennedy Center.”  – The Washington Post

“I was just bowled over by your performance.  Seeing/hearing those words so sincerly and lovingly rendered — it was almost too much to bear.  What you communicated to your audience was way beyond technical mastery.  You guys truly LIFTED ME UP!” -Choral Conductor at ACDA Eastern Division Conference

Songs will include traditional Cornell songs and choral music from a variety of cultures, ranging from compositions from the European Renaissance to Folk Music of the Americas.  You’ll also get to hear The Hangovers, the a capella subset, performing popular music.
