Rick Geddes is Associate Professor in the Department of Policy Analysis and Management at Cornell University in the College of Human Ecology and founding Director of the Cornell Program in Infrastructure Policy.  He is a core faculty member of the Cornell Institute for Public Affairs (CIPA).  His research fields include private infrastructure investment through public-private partnerships, postal service policy, corporate governance, women’s property rights, and antitrust policy.  He is also a Research Associate with Mineta Transportation Institute at San Jose State University, and a Visiting Scholar at the American Enterprise Institute.
